Eldon Zaborac

Canton- Eldon Zaborac, 99, of Canton, passed away at 12:45 AM on Monday, January 31, 2022 at The Loft Rehabilitation & Nursing of Canton. He was born on July 27, 1922 in St. David, a son of Albert and Violet (Windsor) Zaborac. He married Charlotte Spencer on November 27, 1951 in Canton. She preceded him in death on April 5, 2021.

Also preceding him in death is his parents, and one great grandson, Fisher Drinkwater, and four sisters, Neva Moore, Alberta Mae Gamble, Ila Zaborac, and Mary Marks.

Surviving is one son, Todd Zaborac of Canton; two granddaughters, Adrenne (William) Embree; Tara (Joe) Drinkwater; two great-grandchildren, Tayler Rae (Cody) VanPelt, Gage William Embree, and one great-great grandson, Sutton Thomas VanPelt.

Eldon worked and retired from CIPS, working in the Gas Department. He enjoyed walking, and be able to go to the family farm. He was a United States Navy veteran.

Graveside service and burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton. Rev. Kevin VanTine will officiate. Memorials can be made to the Buckheart Fire Department. To leave online condolences please visit www.sedgwickfuneralhomes.com
