Canton – Lyndon L. Hamm, 75, of Canton, passed away at 11:20 AM on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at his residence. He was born on August 9, 1942 in Peoria to Clifton and Nelda (Tarvin) Hamm. He married Cynthia Young on March 11, 1967, she survives.
Also surviving are two children, David C. Hamm of Canton and Laryssa L. Hamm of Canton; one granddaughter, Karlie Sue Hamm; one brother, Kirby (Mary) Hamm of Peoria; and one sister, Darla Barth of Brimfield.
Lyndon was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gary Hamm.
Lyndon worked as a machinist at Hiram Walker in Peoria and later at R.L. Lewis in Pekin, where he retired in 2005. He was a member of the Cuba United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge in Cuba.
