Joan E. "Joby" Hoff

Canton – Joan E. “Joby” Hoff, 85, of Canton, passed away Sunday February 18, 2018, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born on March 16, 1932, in Canton, to Clyde E. and Mary  Orthalene (Brant) Myers. She married Lloyd J. Hoff on November 11, 1960 in Libertyville.
She is survived by one son Lloyd J. Hoff Jr. of El Cajon, CA, one stepdaughter, Stacey Lynn Craft of New Concord, OH, one stepson, Bradley M. Hoff of Pekin, two sisters, Mary O. Preece of Peoria and Phoebe K. Owens of Canton, one brother, Jack A. Myers of Peoria and four grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers Clyde E. Myers Jr. and John E. Myers and one sister, Lida M. Banko
She worked for Caterpillar in the planning department for 12 years retiring in 1964, she was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Canton, she was a past President of the Columbus Club Auxiliary and Knights of Columbus.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday February 24, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
