Canton – Patricia Sue Harper, 67, of Canton passed away at 3:00 pm Friday, October 20, 2017 at her residence. She was born on December 24, 1949 in Canton to James F. Harper. Surviving is her sister Cheryle (Late Bobby) Mathis of St. David, two nephews, one niece, two great nephews, and two great nieces. Patricia was preceded in death by her father and brother Michael (Late Ella) Harper.
Patricia graduated from the Illinois School for the Deaf in Jacksonville. She worked at Caterpillar and later at the Fulton County Rehabilitation Center in Canton, which she retired from in 2016.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services per her request. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
