Peoria – Kevin L. Bills, 58, of Peoria, passed away at 2:53 PM on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born on March 11, 1959 in Red Bud, IL to Billy and Clara Jo (Reinhardt) Bills.
Surviving is his father, Billy Bills; three children, Stacy Bills-Werry of Canton, Christopher Bills of Peoria, and Rosalie Bills of Canton; five grandchildren; one brother, William J. Bills of N.C.; step-mother, Norma Bills; step-sister, Shonna Bates of Canton; and many nieces and nephews.
Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Jo (Reinhardt) Bills, and his sister, Robin L. Wefenstette.
Kevin loved stock car races, photography, making clocks, and fishing.
Kevin was a veteran in the United States Army.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1995 N. Main Street, Canton, IL. Cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory, in Canton, IL. Memorials can be made to Kevin’s grandchildren.
