Merrilee A. Weirauch

 

Lewistown- Merrilee A. Weirauch, 60, of Lewistown, passed away at 4:00 PM Saturday January 23, 2016 in Lewistown, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.

 

She was born July 25, 1955 at Canton, the daughter of Robert and Jessie (Pruett) Weirauch. Survivors include one sister, Melodee (Charles) Rudolph of Lewistown, one daughter, Brandi May (Dale Richardson) of Bath, three grandsons, Brandon May, JesseRobert May, and Waylon May, all of Lewistown, two great grandchildren, one niece, Jennifer (George) Sorbara, one nephew, Michael (Julie) Tarvin, eight great nieces, and her beloved dogs, Sarah and Babe. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Roberta and Nancy Weirauch.

 

Merrilee loved spending time with her family and friends and traveling to Naples, Florida where she spent a great deal of time with her niece Jennifer. She also enjoyed going to garage sales. She had worked at Prairieview Care Center in Lewistown, and was also a home caregiver. She had also worked as a bartender at several local establishments in Lewistown.

 

Cremation will be accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Interment of ashes will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
