Anthony "Tony" Creasy

Canton - Anthony "Tony" Creasy, 61, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021, at his home in Canton.

He was born on December 28, 1959, in Peoria, to James and Mary Sue (Wilheit). They preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy (Nussel), whom he married on October 30, 1981, in Peoria.
Also surviving are two children, Audrey (John) Curless of Minnesota, and Randy (Savannah) Creasy of Canton, two sisters Linda Kay (the late J.C.) Huddleston of Missouri, and Carol Ergle of Morton, five grandchildren, Tressie, Lainee, Ally, Marshal, and Roxene and one great grandchild, Roland.
Tony was a truck driver for G &D Transportation in Morton for over 20 years. He was a member of the Evangelical Free Church in Canton.
Tony enjoyed relaxing at the end of a day picking on his guitar. He loved to go catfishing at all the local lakes. He also enjoyed sitting around a campfire. Most of all he loved spending time with all of his grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the E-Free Church in Canton. Visitation will be held at the church 1 hour prior to the service. Following the services cremation rites will be accorded.
