Thomas "Steve" Hall

 Thomas "Steve" Hall, 74, of Elmwood, passed away at 3:28 a.m., on Friday, June 25, 2021, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. He was born on April 23, 1947, in Peoria, to Floyd and Lois (Settles) Hall.
He is survived by one brother, David (Diana) Hall of Elmwood; and one sister, Sharon Hall of Elmwood.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his significant other for 34 years, Marlena Settles.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Elmwood. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
