Canton -Teresa K. Morgan, 63, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at her residence.
She was born on March 5, 1958 in Canton to John and Janice (Cook) Morgan. They preceded her in death.
Surviving is one son Jeremy Morgan of Canton, one sister, Cathy Morgan of Canton and one brother, Kevin Morgan of Canton.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Rick.
Teresa was a member of the 1st Canton High School Softball State team
and later played for Spoon River College, Bradley and the Pekin Lettes.
She is in the Canton High School Hall of Fame. She was an avid sports
fan including the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears and basketball.
She worked as a RN and DON at Graham Hospital in Canton for 20 years after graduating from Graham Hospital School of Nursing.
Cremation rites have been accorded through the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home
and Crematory in Canton and a celebration of her life will be held on
Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 11 - 1pm at the First Christian Church in
Canton.
Memorials may be made to the Canton High School Softball Program.
