Dunfermline- Donna M. Chapman, 75, of Dunfermline passed away at 8:34 PM Thursday February 23, 2017 at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born August 3, 1941 at rural Lewistown the daughter of John H. and Geneda (Welker) Meyer. She married Donald Chapman in 1963 at Canton. He died September 9, 1995. She was also preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one grandson. Surviving are five children, Marilyn (Bud) Barton of Huntsville, AL; Gary (Monnie) Chapman of Canton, Debbie (Eddie) Proctor of Peoria, Jeannie Walters of Canton, Mike (Angie) Chapman of Dunfermline, and Darren (Tina) Chapman of LasVevas, NV; two sisters, Harriet (Dick) Baldwin of Smithfield, and Bonnie (Roy) Jones of Macomb, ten grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
Donna was a retired seamstress. She had worked at the Overall Factory in Canton. She formerly attended Wesley United Methodist Church in Canton. Donna enjoyed sewing and she loved her grandchildren.
Cremation will be accorded. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Monroe Bailey officiating. Burial will follow the service at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the memorial home.
