Cuba-Amy Dee Pratt, 46, of Cuba, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at her residence.
She was born on September 1, 1970, in Canton, to Harold and Dolores (Schoonover) Yocum.
She married Shawn Pratt on September 11, 1994, in St. Paris, OH.
Surviving is her parents, Husband, and two children, Cody and Delora Pratt of Cuba, two brothers, Tim (Kylie) Yocum, Terry (Kim) Yocum, both of Cuba, one sister Angie (Chuck Knowles) Yocum of Urbana OH, several nieces and nephews, and a special granddaughter, Gracie.
She worked for Champaign County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Urbana, OH. She enjoyed crafting and painting.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the family C/O Prairie State Bank in Lewistown.
Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
