Canton – Nancy J. Clark, 64, of Canton, passed away at 8:37 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2015 at her home.
She was born on April 10, 1951 in Canton to Harlen and Wilma (Anderson) Duckwiler.
She married Donald Clark in Canton on August 8, 1970. He survives.
Other survivors include her parents of Canton, three children Michael (Kimberly) Clark of Mahomet, Michelle Clark of Peoria and Marcus Clark of Canton, seven grandchildren Emily, Thea, Mara, Angel, Asher, Elle and Andre, one brother Melvin (Bonnie) Duckwiler of Dunfermline, and one sister Thelma Webb of Canton.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Alan and Dean.
Nancy was a registered nurse, working for Graham Hospital for 20 years and OSF St. Francis for 28 years.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 24 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton, where visitation will be held one hour prior.
Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to OSF Healthcare Foundation Student Nursing Program.
