Farmington – Harriet J. Hayden, 88, of Farmington, IL passed away at 3:35 AM Friday, April 24, 2015 at Farmington Country Manor.
She was born June 7, 1926 in rural Princeville to Fred and Amanda (Barrett) Martzluf.
She married William A. Hayden on February 4, 1945 in Farmington and he preceded her in death on January 6, 2015.
Her parents also precede her in death.
Surviving are two sons, David (Erin) Hayden of Trivoli and Dean (Janis) Hayden of Elmwood; four grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; and brother, Raymond (Dorothy) Martzluf of Galesburg.
Harriet enjoyed baking, gardening, sewing, yard work, and helping on the farm.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 28h at Anderson-Sedgwick Funeral Home, Farmington with visitation one hour prior.
Rev. Fred Reiner will officiate.
Burial will be in Trivoli Cemetery.
