12 grandchildren, including Dawn, Scott and Jodi Clougherty, whom    she raised

23 great-grandchildren

Sister- Mary Waldorf of Middleburg, FL

Sister- Kathryn Newton of Hillsboro, MO.

Occupation: Clara was a bus driver, driving for Peoria PARC and the Paige Bus                               Company of Bartonville.  She last worked as a cook at Belwood                                                Nursing Home for 15 years, retiring in 1995.

Memberships:  She loved playing cards, especially pinochle and euchre.  She also                                enjoyed playing shuffleboard, fishing, and spending time with her                                    family.  She loved her Kindle. The family would like to extend their                               thanks to the Hospice Compassus staff for their wonderful care of                                      Clara.

Services:      Graveside service will be held on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Bluff                                  City Cemetery in Bluff City, IL. A Celebration of Clara's life will be held at 4:30                                   pm on Monday, April 6th at the Peoria Eagle's Club, 1704 S. East Street,                            Peoria, IL.   

Place:                         Bluff City Cemetery in Bluff City, IL.

Visitation:      12 to 12:45 pm prior to service at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria, IL

Interment:     Bluff City Cemetery, Bluff City, IL.
