Mrs. Frankie Belle Nunn, 89, of Mason City, passed away Saturday afternoon, September 24, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 7, 1933 in Mammoth Cave, Kentucky to the late Beau and Rene Logsdon. She married Robert E. Nunn on January 27, 1952 in Park City, Kentucky.She worked for Lehn & Fink for 38 years until her retirement. Frankie was a member of The Assembly of God Church in Mason City and enjoyed gospel and country music.
She is survived by her son, Rick Nunn (Brenda Koke) of Mason City, three grandchildren, Cheston (Clydette) Agles of Milford, OH, Nicole (Tyler) Link of Springfield, IL, and Jennifer (Evan) Arnold of Monclova, OH, six great-grandchildren, Kane and Kameron Isaac, Jordanna and Embry Arnold, Drake Agles and Bryson Link.
In addition to her parents, Frankie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nunn, daughter-in-law, Bev Nunn, and her siblings Louie Logsdon, Oren Logsdon, Lloyd Logsdon, Ollie Gore, Grace Hogan, Lottie Monroe and Alma Logsdon.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 with the funeral starting at 11:00 a.m. at The Assembly of God Church in Mason City. The Rev. James Sprinkel will officiate. Burial will follow at the Mason City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Assembly of God Church or The Mason City Area Nursing Home Activity Department.
