Doyle L. Simmons

Doyle L. Simmons, 63 of New Holland formerly of Mason City passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at his home. He was born April 1, 1959 in Springfield to Edward and Darlene (Kenoyer) Simmons. He married Jill Houdeshell on May 4, 2002 in Mason City she survives.

Doyle is also survived by his brother Greg of Lacon and several nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Mason City Christian Church. He owned and operated Mason City Ambulance service before selling it to work and retire from St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
A graveside service will be held at Mason City Cemetery on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 10:30 AM with Mike Nichols officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mason City Christian Church in Mason City. Online condolences can be left at www.hurleyfh.com.
