Surviving are his parents, Nicholas Raines and Amber Libretto of Jacksonville, NC, sister, Allyson Reyes at home, grandparents, Robert and Jessica Kirkpatrick of Bushnell, IL, grandmother, Tonya Tourigny of Jacksonville, NC, grandfather, Brian Libretto of Jacksonville, NC, great-grandmother, Melinda Combs of Easton, IL, and great-grandparents, Marilyn and Delbert Goddard of New London, IA.
Waylon is preceded by his 2 grandfathers, Geno Groff and Gary Combs.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in the Vermont Cemetery. Memorials: may be made to Waylon’s family.
