Canton – Cecil G. Walraven, 79, of Canton, passed away at 12:43 PM on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at his residence. He was born on September 15, 1938 in Canton to Willis and Evelyn (Carley) Walraven.
Surviving are two brothers, Carl (Gloria) Walraven and Jon (Debbie) Walraven both of Canton, IL, and four sisters, Nancy (Michael) Harper of Canton, IL, Brenda Maas of Lincoln, IL, Jean Gold of Topeka, IL, and Rosanne (David) Wuebbling of Canton, IL.
Cecil was preceded in death by his parents.
Cecil was the owner and operator of Clark Gas & Oil Station in Canton, IL, where he retired in 1996. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and an avid bowler and golfer.
