Banner – Dave “Link” Lingenfelter, 64, of Banner, passed away at 1:56 PM on Monday, April 30, 2018 at his residence. He was born on August 17, 1953 in Canton to Lawrence and Erma (Lillie) Lingenfelter. He married the love of his life, Janet Ewing on October 4, 1980 in Banner. She survives.
Surviving are three step-children, Douglas Bick, Chris Powell, and Leighann Brady; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; one sister, Phyllis Crotzer; and several nieces and nephew’s.
Link was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Larry Lingenfelter.
Link was retired and enjoyed being with friends and family. He was known as Grampy to his grandkids. Link loved spending time with Janet at their property. He was a member of the Canton American Legion and was an avid Cardinals fan.
Link served in the United States Navy.
