Pekin – Anthony “Tyler” Johnson, 24 of Pekin, formerly of Canton, passed away Saturday July 8, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria.
He was born on April 15, 1993 in Madisonville Kentucky, to Tom (Lois) Johnson, of Florida and Melissa (Matt) Curtis-Nicklaus, of Chandler, Arizona, they both survive.
Also surviving are two brothers Justin Johnson, stationed at Scott Air Force Base, Kyle Johnson, of Florida, maternal grandparents Phil (Dawn) Curtis, of Madisonville Kentucky, paternal grandparents Judy (Bob) McMillen, of Florida, Cathy (the late Larry Johnson) Robbins, Uncles Troy (Alicia) Johnson, of Peoria, Chris (Kara) Johnson, three aunts Jessica Anderson, of Canton, and Alicia (Frank Davis) Robbins, of Canton Andrea Curtis-Gibbs, of Danville Virginia, and two cousins Bryan and Austin Knight both of Danville Virginia.
The family will be holding a Celebration of Tyler's Life on Friday, July 14, 2017, from 6-10 pm, at the Canton American Legion.
