He was born on May 21, 1954 in Quincy, IL to Robert W. Sr and Alice (Noe) Perrine. They preceded him in death along with one sister, Brenda Masters-Bastian.
He married Melissa S. Hull on December 30, 1978 in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are his sons, Dustin (Brenda) Perrine of Canton, Adam (Melissa L.) Perrine of Canton, sisters, Cheri Stanley of East Peoria, Peggy Smith of Bartonville, four grandchildren, Sydney, Ainslee, Tristan, and Silas and several nieces and nephews.
Robert worked for Flemming-Potter in Peoria and later for RenMark in Bowling Green, KY retiring in 2015. He enjoyed gardening and working on old cars. Most of all he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Cremation rites have been accorded through Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton and a private burial of his ashes will be held at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
