Surviving are three children, Theresa Abbadusky of Crossville, TN, Leota Carrigan of Norris, and Thomas Zeglen Jr., of Canton; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Adolph Zeglen Jr., of Farmington and John Zeglen of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; one sister, Cynthia Schriner of Farmington; and his dog, Trixie.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Michael Zeglen, and two sisters, Loretta Ball and Helen Voorhees.
Thomas retired from Caterpillar after 35 years of service. He enjoyed watching westerns, scuba diving, and animals.
Services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Anderson-Sedgwick Funeral Home in Farmington, IL where a visitation will be held an hour prior. Pastor Ben Williamson will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, IL. Memorials can be made to Fulton County Humane Society or Compassus Hospice.
