He was born in Brookville, Pennsylvania on February 2, 1955 to parents Charles H. and Mary E. (Klepfer) Bish.
He graduated from Redbank Valley High School in 1973 and started employment at Andrew’s Lumber Company in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he worked for 6 years. He moved to the Midwest where he worked as a carpenter and retired as a forklift operator from a grain mill in Illinois.
He met and married Cindy L. Woods on May 28, 1986.
He is survived by a brother, Bradley C. (Denise) Bish of Clarion, Pennsylvania, two sisters; Shelley Kosko of DuBois, Pennsylvania, and Susan (John) Dietrick of Denver, North Carolina, and nieces and nephew; Megan and Matthew Kosko and Allison (Dietrick) Pretorius and Kaitlyn (Dietrick) Reagan.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, his wife, and brother-in-law David Kosko.
His family would like to thank his sister-in-law, Deb Bugos, for the help and kind care she provided to him before and during his time in the Loft Nursing Home.
At Jason’s request, he is to be cremated, and there will be no viewing or service.
Sedgwick Funeral Home of Canton is handling the arrangements, and internment will be at the Cederview Memorial Park in Strattenville, Pennsylvania.
