JoAnne Marie (Shaw) Beale, 90, of Canton passed away on February 4, 2021 at Delmar Gardens on the Green in Chesterfield, MO.
She was born on January 3, 1931 in Peoria, IL to Robert E. and Charlotte (Dittmer) Shaw. They preceded her in death.
She married John M. Beale on June 29, 1952, at Zion Lutheran Church in Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are three children: John (Denise) Beale of Manchester, MO, Julie (Scott) Jenkins of Columbia, TN, and James (Marcilene) Beale of Manchester, MO; six grandchildren: Erin and Kaitlyn Beale, Patrick (Mallory) and Mark (Shannon) Jenkins, and Julieanna and Adriana Beale; and three great grandchildren: JoAnna, Levi, and Evelyn Jenkins. She is also survived by one brother, Millard and sister-in-law LuAnn Shaw, and another sister-in-law Betty Shaw. She was preceded in death by one brother, Bob Shaw, and one sister, Barbara Shaw.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Canton, as well as a member of P.E.O. Sisterhood and Canton Altruistic Club.
A private service will be held at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton. There will be no visitation.
