Canton – Lois M. Bull, 92, of Canton, passed away at 11:25 PM on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at The Loft in Canton. She was born on September 7, 1926 in Fulton County, IL to Morris R. and Lida Marie (Melvin) Lieurance. She married Edwin L. Bull on November 23, 1946 in Canton, he preceded her in death on July 1, 1977.
Also preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Edwin L. Bull II, two daughters, Pamela, and Phyllis Jean; three brothers, Stephen, Ernest, William, and three sisters, Luella, Jane, and Doris
Surviving is three grandchildren, Beth (Chris) White of Paxton, IL; Todd (Colleen) Nickelsen of Princeton, IL; Jill (David) Hopper Wyanet, IL, and Bianca Nickelsen of Princeton, IL; two great-grandchildren, Courtney and Micah; one son-in-law, Richard Nickelsen of Princeton, IL, and two God sons, Weston and Jacob Chenoweth.
Lois retired after 30 years as the head of the dairy department at Kroger. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Canton, IL.
Private family graveside services and burial of ashes will be at a later date in Greenwood Cemetery in Canton, IL. Pastor Micah Garnett will officiate. Cremation rites will be accorded with Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton, IL. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer society or to the Canton VFW Post #1984.
