Canton- Kenneth L. Bath, 85, of Canton, passed away at 5:50 AM Thursday May 2, 2019 at Graham Hospital.
He was born June 21, 1933 in Cuba, the son of Jack and Evelyne (Jones) Bath. He married June Lynch on March 22, 1956 at Palmyra, MO. She survives with two sons, Thomas K. (Sheila) Bath of Aurora, CO; and Jack D. Bath of Denver, CO; two granddaughters, Alexandria Bath of West Palm Beach, FL; and Trinity Archdale of Lewistown, and two nieces, Evelyn Kay Pillow, and Shirley Lynn Cassidy. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jack Bath Jr. and one sister in law, Shirlee Bath.
Kenneth graduated from Lewistown High School, Knox College, and John Marshall Law School. He practiced law with the firm of Sebo and Bath until 1975 when he became a Circuit Judge in the 9th Judicial Circuit, until his retirement in 1996. He served in the United States Army from 1955-1957. He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Lewistown.
