She was born August 20, 1922 at Smithfield, the daughter of Albert and Daisy (Biggs) Bevard. She married Donald Mitzelfelt on July 3, 1943. He preceded her in death, along with her parents, two brothers, three sisters, and several nieces and nephews. Survivors include two daughters, Donna J. Eve and Connie J. (Richard) Champlin both of Canton, four grandchildren, Lisa (Jerry) Butcher of Vermont, Denise (Mark) Brown of Farmington, Jim (Kim) Champlin of Brereton, and Brandi (Aaron) Williams of Canton, twelve great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren.
Ronna had worked at the former Peoria Dry Goods and later retired from the Peoria Library.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba where visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Baughman Cemetery.
