Lisa D. Murphy, 59, of Canton, passed away at 3:20 PM on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Graham Hospital in Canton. She was born on March 16, 1961 in Havana, the daughter of Richard and Judith (Caruso) Daily. She married the love of her life, Rick Murphy on April 15, 1978 in Canton. He survives.
Also surviving are her children, Josh Murphy of Peoria; Kylee Ewalt of Canton; five grandchildren, Macayla, Kyzer, Zander, Stella, and Donovan, and her mother-in-law, Becky Zaborac of Canton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Drew Daily.
Lisa enjoyed being able to stay at home, and raise her children over the years. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren very dearly. She will be missed so deeply by her loving family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation. Burial of ashes will be held in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a Scholarship Fund for a nursing student at the Graham Hospital School of Nursing.
