Justin L. Hammack, 26, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the Graham Hospital in Canton.
He was born on July 1, 1994 in Canton.
Surviving are his parents, Jeremy (Lori) Hammack of Springfield, Kim Chaney of Lewistown, one daughter, Giannah Hammack, the mother of his child, Shawnee O'Dell, maternal grandparents, Vienna Snyder, James (Cathy) Snyder, one sister, Brittney Ekster of Peoria, his cousins and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers a care fund has been established at Farmers State Bank for his daughter.
