Martha Pritchard
St David-Martha Pritchard, 69, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020 at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born on September 13, 1950 in Aledo, Illinois, to Frank and Josephine “Jo” (Heffron) Boultinghouse. They preceded her in death along with her stepfather Erwin Wick.
She later moved to Canton and attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and Canton Highschool. She married Ralph Edward Harkless on February 10, 1968.
She later married Ron Pritchard, on October 18, 1996, in Lewistown, Illinois. He survives.
Also surviving are six children, Kelly (Terry) Collins, Craig (Candy) Harkless, Brian Harkless, Doryan Konhorst, Shannon (Amber) Pritchard, and Josh Pritchard, one brother S.J. (Ginny) Boultinghouse, sixteen grandchildren, Jeremy (Brandi) Smith, Katie (Derek) Halsey, Skyler (Ariel) Harkless, Nick (Kelsie) Vaughn, Myles Harkless, Chloe Harkless, Izzy Harkless, Savannah (Bryon) Berlin, Gabbi (Corey) Gabler, Hannah Konhorst, Landon Konhorst, Zach Pritchard, Luc Pritchard, Nick Pritchard, Derek Pritchard, and Addy Pritchard, eighteen great grandchildren, and two nieces, Yvette Haddock and Nicole Clauson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, stepfather and one son, Larry Konhorst.
Martha worked at the Community Bank of Canton and she retired from Spoon River Electric after 35 years. She also worked part time for visiting angels, she enjoyed taking care of people. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Canton. Martha enjoyed family time, and friends and traveling to the Lake of the Ozarks where she enjoyed going fishing. She also enjoyed traveling to Branson Missouri and Mexico. She loved traveling with her husband Ron, brother and sister in law and special friends
Due to COVID – 19 Mandates a private graveside service will be held at St Joseph Cemetery in Canton.
