Canton – Cheryl I. Zeglen, 59, of Canton, passed away on Monday June 10, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on November 13, 1959 in Canton to Stanley and Dianna (Eshelman) Morse. She married Tom Zeglen on March 16, 2001 in Canton. He survives.
Also surviving is her parents of Lady’s Island, SC; step-dad, Dick Wulf of Newnan, GA; two daughters, Deborah (Michael) Moore of SC and Ariel (Kaleb) Campbell of Perry, MO; step-son, Jesse A. Zeglen of Coryville, TN; three brothers, Daryl Wulf of Atlanta, GA, Dan Morse of Peoria, and Guy Morse of Trivoli, IL; and eight grandchildren.
Cheryl was a waitress at Joe’s Place in Norris. She also worked in the past as a paralegal for Floyd Dailey. She enjoyed motorcycles, music and being apart of St. Jude.
Services will be held at 10 AM on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton. Burial will follow at Norris Cemetery in Norris. Pastor Ben Williamson will officiate. A visitation will be held from 6pm-8pm on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
