Lewistown- Brian J. Bowers, 46, of Lewistown, passed away at 4:40 PM Wednesday June 26, 2019 at Graham Hospital Emergency Room.
He was born February 15, 1973 at Peoria, the son of Rodney J. and Nancy L. (Zahora) Bowers. He married Jennifer M. Sill on June 21, 1995 at Lewistown. She survives along with two children, Matthew J. Bowers of Lewistown, and Amilia M. Bowers of Canton, his parents Rodney and Nancy Bowers of Lewistown, his mother and father in law, Gerald R. and Juanita M. Sill of Lewistown, paternal grandmother, Margaret E. Bowers of Princeton, and uncle and aunt, Greg and Gail Bowers of Tiskilwa. He was preceded in death by his grandfather.
Brian worked as a carpenter for Kemper Construction in Canton, and was a member of Carpenters Union Local 237. He was an avid hunter and loved his kids.
A visitation will be held Sunday from 4-6 PM at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to his family or the Lewistown Rescue Squad. Condolences may be made at henrylange.com
