She was born October 31, 1938 at Canton the daughter of John F. and Mable (Steele) Taylor. She first married Willis Archdale and later married Bill Franklin. Surviving are four children, Thomas Archdale of Cuba, Jeff Archdale of Lewistown, Tim Archdale of Cuba, and Carol Swanson of LeRoy, one sister, Wanda Mae Estrada of Utah, 12 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, three brothers, and two sisters.
Shelba was retired and had worked as a CNA for Clayberg Nursing Home and Graham Hospital. She loved and cherished her children and grandchildren.
Cremation will be accorded. There are no services scheduled. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba is assisting the family. Online condolences may be made at henrylange.com.
