Patricia Baker

Little America - Patricia L. Baker, 69, of Little America, passed away at 7:40 AM Friday February 27, 2015 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
 
She was born May 19, 1945 at Beardstown, the daughter of Jesse and Venus (Lascelles) Barrett. She married Terry Baker on August 1, 1965 at Havana. He survives with two children, Todd Baker of Little America, and Tracey Baker of Pekin, two grandchildren, Megan Baker of Table Grove, and Austin Baker of Smithfield, one great granddaughter, Stella Robertson of Table Grove, and one brother, Jesse Barrett of Beardstown. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one step brother, and one step sister.
 
Pat attended the Canton Assembly of God Church where she was active in church functions. She enjoyed gardening, yard sales, and genealogy.
 
Services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Greg White officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 5-7 PM at the memorial home, and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at Lewistown. Memorial contributions may be made to the Canton Assembly of God Church or the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home. Condolences may be made at www.henrylange.com

Lorene McMunn

Canton – Lorene (Werry) McMunn, 97, of Canton died at 2:50 a.m. on Friday, February 27, 2015 at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born March 5, 1917 in Brereton, the daughter of John and Louisa (Idle) Werry.  She married Lawrence B. McMunn on December 22, 1945.  He preceded her in death on August 27, 1986.  Also preceding her in death are her parents; three brothers, Herbert, Thomas, and Arthur Werry; and three sisters, Florence Werry, Lucille Werry, and Irene Stewart.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Lorene was a graduate of Graham Hospital School of Nursing and worked at Graham Hospital as a Registered Nurse, retiring in 1959.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Canton. 
Cremation rites have been accorded.  Graveside services will be held at a later date.  Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Graham Hospital School of Nursing.
