Gary L. Baughman, 45, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Unity Point Methodist Hospital in Peoria surrounded by all of his family.
He was the youngest child born to Robert and Etta (Yaste) Baughman on June 29, 1974. They preceded him in death.
He is survived by the love of his life, Brenda Morris, four brothers, Robert (Vicki) Baughman, Joe Baughman, Dale (Tuyet) Baughman, and Ray (Dee) Baughman, two sisters, Loretta King, and Pamela (Mike) Benson, many nieces and nephews, and his close friends Joe and Connie Carter.
Gary graduated from Cuba High School. He enjoyed fishing, mushrooming, racing trucks, playing slot machines, motorcycles, and his chocolates.
His infectious smile and laughter will be forever remembered.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be held at Baughman Cemetery.
Friends and family are welcome to gather at the Nazarene Fellowship Hall in Smithfield after the cemetery service.
