Lewistown- Lora Jane Fraikes, 81, of Lewistown, passed away at 5:43 PM Sunday September 29, 2019 at Graham Hospital.
She was born July 4, 1938 at rural Summum, the daughter of John W. and Hazel I. (Ward) Grove. She married Edwin Keith Fraikes on September 27, 1957 at Lewistown. He died January 30, 2006. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Louise Miller. Surviving is one son, Randall Keith Fraikes of Lewistown, and one twin brother, Gene Grove of Astoria.
Jane had worked at various restaurants in Lewistown in her early years. She was a member of the Crossroads Free Methodist Church in Lewistown. She enjoyed playing the piano, crafts, and cooking.
A private family burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Spoon River Towers Activity Fund. Condolences may be made at henrylange.com
