Tommy Lee Hammond, Jr., age 30 of Adair, Illinois, passed away at 10:22 am on Monday, April 22, 2019 near Ellisville, IL. He was born on April 26, 1988 in Macomb, IL, the son of Tommy Lee and Bonnie Lee (Quin) Hammond.
Tommy is survived by his father, Tommy Lee (and Brandy) Hammond, Sr. of Astoria, IL, his mother Bonnie Schisler of Little America, IL, his girlfriend Trista Miller of Adair, with whom he made his home, two daughters, Ady Musson of Effingham, IL and Tamzyn Hammond at home, three sons, Dakoda Schoonover, Chase Schoonover, and Decklan Schoonover, all at home, three sisters, Fawna Hammond and Amanda Hammond of Astoria and Jessamee Hundley of Pontiac, IL, one brother Jerious Hammond of Astoria, and Grandparents Bill and Sara Hammond of Bardolph, IL and Donald Sprinkle of Doddsville, IL.
Tommy was preceded in death by one brother Jairous Hammond and grandparents Dale and Ella Quin and Margaret Sprinkle.
He worked as a logger and welder.
Tommy loved his family deeply and enjoyed spending time with them. He also loved to fish.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Tommy's life will be held at a later date.
