Stephanie Parvin – 29 of Winterhaven FL Formerly of Peoria, IL, Passed away on July 12, 2016 in Winterhaven Florida.
She was born on April 24, 1987 in Peoria.
Surviving is, her daughter Elicia Rutledge, her father Rick Parvin, her mother Cynthia (James) Manning, and her boyfriend Joe Rayola.
Also surviving is one brother Randy (Deanna) Parvin, one sister Misty (James) Drake, One Step- Brother David (Jennell) Manning and their children, one Step-Sister Kelli (Troy) Larson and their children, and two Niece’s Leigha Parvin, and Fionna Drake.
Proceeding her in death are one paternal Grandfather, and both maternal Grandparents.
Stephanie was a beloved daughter and she loved spending time with her daughter.
A memorial service will be held for Stephanie on Saturday August 6, 2016, From 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the Lions Club 914 Cameron Lane acrossed from the Peoria Motorcycle Club.
Immediately Following the Memorial service a Celebration of life will be held at Norwood, (1503 N. Norwood blvd).
