Richard Allen Howarter, Sr.

Richard Allen Hawarter, Sr., 73, Cuba, Illinois, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his family.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cuba Community Center on Friday, June 24th at 5 p.m.  In lieu of flowers you can make donations to Cuba FFA Program; Cuba Sr. High School; 20325 N. State Rte 97; Cuba, IL 61427; ATTN: Doug Faulk, per Richard Howarter, Sr.  From a man that loved to farm, and taught his children and grandchildren to love it also!  The donations will go twards Farm Safety Awareness.
