Annabelle Hopping, 89, of Spoon River Towers in Lewistown, passed away at 8:45 AM Sunday August 9, 2020 at her home.
She was born August 7, 1931 at Cuba, the daughter of Everett and Bessie (Martin) Davidson. She married Arlie Hopping on October 3, 1951 at Lewistown. He died April 15, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Rick Hopping and Bill Davidson, three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her daughter in-law and caregiver, Charlene (David) Moffitt of Lewistown, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one brother, Donnie Davidson of Cuba, and four sisters, Mary Lou Bixby of Canton, Audrey Day of Ipava, Marie Harrison of Arizona, and Barbara Nelson of Alabama.
Annabelle worked at various restaurants and nursing homes in the area. She also did house cleaning for 25 years.
A graveside service and burial will be held at 11:15 AM Thursday August 13, 2020 at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10-11 AM at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown.
