Galesburg - Dennis S. Lane, 63, of Galesburg, passed
away at 6:47 am, Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his residence. He was born on
January 15, 1958 in Galesburg to Melvin and Donna (Johnson) Lane.
Dennis married Robin L. Smith on October 6, 2017 in Galesburg. She
survives along with three children; Spencer Lane, Hannah Laursen and
Haylee Laursen all of Galesburg, two brothers; Kevin Lane of Galesburg
and Mike McGill of Abingdon and one sister Deborah Anderson of
Galesburg.
Dennis worked as a mechanic at Karmark in Galesburg.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be
from 3-6 pm Sunday, July 18 at Lake Storey Campground in Galesburg.
Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
