She was born April 19, 1941 at Canton, the daughter of Don and Jeanette (Angelo) Welker. She married James E. Nappin on December 21, 1962 at Lewistown. He survives with two children, Jon Nappin of Lewistown, and Crystal (Lennie) Ulm of London Mills, four grandchildren, Kylie Jane Logue, Jenny Armijo, Jessica Jennings, and Jaime Jennings, four great grandchildren, one brother, Norman (Virginia) Welker of Macomb, and one sister in law, Sandy Welker of Lewistown. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Beth Ann Jennings, one brother, Gene Welker, and one grandson.
Jane had worked for State Farm Insurance in Illinois and Florida. She was a member of the Lewistown United Methodist Church, and was an avid gardener.
Cremation will be accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lewistown United Methodist Church or the Lewistown Rescue Squad. Condolences may be made at henrylange.com
