She was born June 24, 1942, in Peoria, to Chester and Hazel (Hudson) Stevens.
Judith married Lieutenant Robert Organiscak on October 7, 1967, at the Plainfield United Methodist Church. He survives.
Judith is also survived by two children, Kristin (Andrew) Luster of North Pekin, and Kelly (Ryan) Brewer of Yates City; three grandchildren, Hayley Luster, Caiden Taylor, and Ashlyn Brewer; and one sister-in law, Kay Stevens.
Judith is preceded in death by her parents; and one brother Billy Stevens.
Judith was a member of the Trivoli United Methodist Church for approximately 50 years. She attended the United Methodist Church Evening Circle and was a founding member of the apple dumpling gang. Judith loved sitting on her lawn swing enjoying her koi ponds while listening to the Cubs; she was a diehard Cubs fan. She also attended every athletic event that her kids and grandkids were involved in. Her grandkids were her pride and joy.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Elmwood. A visitation will be held prior to the service the same day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Trivoli Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wildlife Prairie Park and the Trivoli United Methodist Church.
